Scourge of Rome by Play’n GO
In PLAY’N GO’s latest release, Scourge of Rome, we head back to 218 BC to witness one of history’s greatest military campaigns, and the near-decimation of the Roman Empire…
Hannibal Barca is one of history’s most notable generals. Known for giving the Roman Empire a run for their money, this military mastermind claimed a permanent seat in the annals of history. One of his most notable military campaigns involved the traversal of the Alpine Mountain range with an entire army, including massive war elephants, to attack Northern Italy.
In Scourge of Rome players will spin the 6×4 reels to create winning combinations of symbols. During the base game, players will also get to unleash Hannibal’s tactical prowess in the form of some exciting bonus features. Scourge of Rome also brings the advent of the FLIP WILDS and ABYSSWAYS features.
During the base game, should players land two or more Wild Symbols on the reels, the FLIP WILDS feature will trigger which gives a 50/50 chance of upgrading each Wild Symbol into a full reel Wild.
Fans of other historic military titles such as Undefeated Xerxes (2024) and Legion Gold Unleashed (2024) are sure to resonate with this latest release. With aesthetics such as the icy and indominable Alps along with the military-themed symbols such as swords and spears, Scourge of Rome is a truly immersive slot experience.
“Being able to utilise some of the greatest tales from history, especially something as epic as Hannibal’s march across the Alps, is truly a brilliant experience,” said Play’n GO games ambassador Magnus Wallentin. “It’s fitting that such an iconic tale would also introduce some brilliant new features like ABYSSWAYS which causes random symbols to freeze and drop from the bottom of the reels, with a new layer appearing above.”
Combining exciting new features with one of the world’s most dramatic military marches, Scourge of Rome is moving double-time towards victory.
Are you ready to take the fight to the Romans and show the world that this Empire isn’t as untouchable as they like to think?
