Wild Fishin’ Wild Ways by Yggdrasil & Jelly
YGGDRASIL and Jelly have set sail in search of the catch of the day in their latest collaboration, Wild Fishin’ Wild Ways.
The five-reel, 1944 payline title combines classic play styles with a fishing mechanic, which is triggered when two wild fishermen land on reels one and two. This then sees them capture any fish present on reel three, with the possibility to progress across all five reels. Each fish has a multiplier value, with reel five growing up to 100x in value.
If three bonus symbols land on reels three, four and five, the game’s free spins mode is triggered. It can also be launched if wilds are present on reels one and two, and a scatter lands on reel three.
During the mode, the final three reels can expand up to six symbols high, for significantly increased win potential.
“Wild Fishin’ Wild Ways brings a new concept to our portfolio, with a YG Masters take on the hugely popular fishing genre,” said Yggdrasil head of product & programs Stuart McCarthy. “With bold graphics, a fun theme, and lucrative gameplay, it’s another fantastic addition to our YG Masters portfolio by Jelly.”
Jelly marketing lead Victoria Newbolt commented: “The fishing style demographic seems to be going from strength to strength, so it made perfect sense for us to bring our unique style of games to the audience. We’re extremely pleased with our angling adventure and can’t wait for players to cast off.”
