Quickspin awarded license to provide its portfolio in newly regulated Ontario
Playtech-owned QUICKSPIN has received a supplier license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
Quickspin was granted a licence by the AGCO, enabling players in the province to enjoy Quickspin’s top performing titles such as Big Bad Wolf Megaways, Golden Glyph 1 & 2 and many more as the market opens from today.
“I’m very pleased that Quickspin will be open for business as the igaming market launches in Ontario, and we look forward to supporting our partners with our award winning portfolio as they move to enter into the new market,” said Quickspin chief commercial officer Anthony Dalla-Giacoma.
Quickspin CEO and founder Daniel Lindberg said: “Quickspin and the iGaming industry, in cooperation with regulators such as the AGCO, will create a healthy, sustainable and safe experience for players, operators and providers in Ontario.
“The Quickspin team has done an excellent job of getting this project over the line, enabling us to be live with our top performing titles when the market opens on the fourth of April.”
Quickspin was founded in 2011 and has quickly established itself as a leading development studio for real money and social casino gaming. Now licensed in multiple jurisdictions, its award-winning content has seen the company sign agreements with a long list of leading operators. It was acquired by Playtech in May 2016.
